Theodoros Gavriilidis

Theodoros is a co-founder of d5s. He previously built agentic AI systems for regulated financial services at Accuria, used by tier-1 banks across Europe: a conversational multi-agent data analyst with sandboxed execution and persistent memory, an agentic ETL agent that maps source data to target schemas with human approval at each stage, and a document processing framework that handled more than a million documents. He focuses on context engineering, continuous evaluation, and frameworks that let domain experts own the logic without writing code. He studied at Imperial College Business School.
