d5s is an EU-based AI company headquartered in Amsterdam, building the multiplayer AI workspace where people and governed AI coworkers collaborate, coordinate, and get real business work done together.
Most AI tools are still designed around a private session between one person and one model. Even when the output is useful, the context, decisions, and evidence often stay inside the chat. Teammates receive an answer without seeing how it was reached, and the next person or agent has to reconstruct what came before.
This creates fragmented cooperation. People and agents work in separate black boxes, context is lost during handoffs, and recurring work starts again from incomplete information.
d5s brings that work into one shared environment. Teams can delegate work to agents, collaborate with them, coordinate handoffs between people and multiple agents, and manage permissions, memory, approvals, and activity in one place.
Governed AI coworkers work proactively
Governed AI coworkers should not only respond when someone opens a chat. They can take on recurring responsibilities, wake on a schedule or when work arrives through a connected channel, use approved tools, and bring the result back to the team.

Our goal is to make governed AI coworkers useful enough to take on recurring responsibilities across a team, while people retain direction, judgment, and accountability.
That work might be clearing the support queue each morning, tracking suppliers, or pulling together the weekly report. The agent has a job to do, and the people responsible can see how it did it.
