The two questions we hear most often are: where is our data stored, and where do the AI models process it?

By default, d5s stores your workspace data in the EU. Paid organisations in the EU also have access to European AI inference for supported models. This gives organisations regional storage and AI processing options they can assess against their policies when deciding how to use d5s.

What EU inference means

Inference happens when an AI model processes your request and generates a response. When you ask an AI agent to analyse a document or prepare a report, that processing includes the information provided to the model.

For supported models, d5s sends these requests to European model endpoints.

Your data is not used for model training

d5s never uses your data to train AI models, and the models we use do not train on your data. This is how we handle your information, not a setting your team needs to enable.

Bring AI into your team's work

If your company needs European AI processing, d5s offers supported models alongside EU workspace storage and organisation-wide data policies. Talk to our team about your requirements and the work you want your agents to do.

When EU inference and data residency are not enough

d5s can also run in your own cloud or on your own Kubernetes infrastructure. These deployments give your organisation control over the environment where d5s runs and let you use your own model provider keys. We agree on the deployment scope and timing with your team. Talk to us about your infrastructure and data requirements.
