Michael Hogers
Co-founder
Michael is a co-founder of d5s, working on the infrastructure that lets agents do real work inside an organisation: sandboxed execution, scoped access to tools and data, approvals, and auditability. He previously built production agent systems at Checkly, including agentic synthetic monitoring and autonomous agent loops. Before that he joined Accuria at its founding, when it traded as NPL Markets, and became its technical lead, helping build a multi-tenant platform that supported more than €2.5 billion in financial assets for American and European institutions.
