Instant detail views

Clicking a project or automation in a list opens its detail page immediately, seeded from the data you already have. No loading spinner, no fetch waterfall — the header and status are visible while the remaining detail loads in the background.

Error recovery that works

If a workspace load fails because of a transient network issue, the page now retries on its own. A stale overnight token refreshes before it can cause a failure, and when something does go wrong you see a descriptive error with a retry button instead of a misleading dead end.
