People and agents at a glance

Workspace cards show stacked identity avatars for people and agents, with a compact overflow indicator when the roster is larger than the preview. Hover and keyboard-friendly disclosure keep names available without crowding the card.

Each workspace portfolio row now includes its agent count alongside members, while the workspace slug moves into a quieter secondary position beneath the name. Zero counts remain visible so an empty workspace is still easy to understand.

Permission-aware previews

Identity previews respect workspace access. When you can manage an organization but cannot enter a particular workspace, the card shows counts without exposing individual identities.
