What agents can do

Once connected, your agents can read your Outlook mail and calendar events. They can summarise your inbox, find meeting details, prepare agendas, or cross-reference your schedule with project timelines — all without leaving the workspace.

Secure, read-only access

The connector is scoped to read-only access. Agents can see your mail and calendar to provide context and assistance, but they cannot send, delete, or modify anything in your account. You control which projects can use the connector, and you can disconnect at any time.
