Agents can now work with files that arrive by email and send approved files back through connected mailboxes.

Read incoming files

Supported attachments from connected mailboxes stay associated with the message that carried them. An agent can fetch the files for its current task and work with them in its sandbox, while the email surface shows the state of each file.

Send files with approval

Email actions can include attachments from the agent's sandbox. The files are fixed at approval time, so the approved content is the content that gets sent. If a file is missing or cannot be read, the whole action stops instead of silently sending a text-only message.

Built for connected work

Proactive email destinations and the existing capability controls continue to govern outbound mail. Provider details and credentials stay behind the connected mailbox, while the agent sees the useful work surface.
