Agents can now draft emails in chat
Agents can now draft emails directly in chat. When you need a message written — a client follow-up, a team announcement, or a careful reply — your agent can propose one or more variants and you can edit them inline before sending.
Pick a variant, then refine
Each draft card shows up to three distinct approaches as pill tabs at the top. Switch between them with a click, then edit the subject and body directly in the card. A copy button and a revert button sit at the bottom of the card so you can capture the version you want or undo accidental edits.
Plain, portable text
Drafts are plain text only — no Markdown, no formatting — because email clients render bodies verbatim. What you see in the card is exactly what arrives in the recipient's inbox.
