Agent identity surfaces use animated clay avatars with stable visual variations, so the same agent remains recognizable while its presence can reflect activity. The design carries the same tactile language from the landing page into the product.

Thinking states now have their own visual motion, helping you distinguish an agent that is actively working from one that is simply present. The experience remains readable with reduced motion and on smaller screens.
