Workspace admins who are not the workspace owner can now manage connectors and API keys. Previously these surfaces incorrectly required the owner role, locking out admins assigned to help run the workspace.

What was fixed

Two permission checks were gated on owner-only instead of the full admin role. The connector management panel and the API keys settings page now recognise all workspace admins, matching the backend permissions model.
